A&R // Label Assistant

As an A&R intern, you’ll support the growth of our artists and DJs, helping them expand their reach and achieve success. You’ll be involved in various aspects of artist promotion, talent development, and venue outreach.

Key Responsibility: 

  • Venue and Event Scouting: Identify potential venues for artist performances and create a contact database. Work with bars, clubs, and other venues to arrange gigs and opportunities for our artists.

  • Artist Promotion: Assist in developing promotional strategies for artists, including social media campaigns and planning potential tours.

  • Talent Scouting: Help discover and recruit new talent, both locally and internationally, through research, networking, and outreach.

  • Collaborative Projects: Work on partnerships with other music entities and collaborators, helping to expand opportunities for our label and artists.

  • Residency Planning: Participate in finding a major venue for a monthly DJ residency and assist in planning a roster of artists for these events.

  • Liaison Between Artists and Label: Support our artists by ensuring their needs are communicated to the label and help track their success through charts and performance metrics.

Requirements to Apply for the Internship Program

  • Commitment: A minimum availability of 6 months, with the possibility of extending to 12 months.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills to ensure clear, effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliability: Ability to meet deadlines consistently, especially when working on projects involving artists and releases.
